Tonight, I tried something new (recommended to me by my trainer at the gym, so you can be sure that it's healthy too!). It's super simple and quite tasty.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 can black beans
1 packet of taco seasoning
Instructions:
Drain the beans. Mix ingredients (just like you would any other burgers). Make patties. Grill, George Forman, whatever you like. I also froze the leftovers for later!
