The Quick List

This page contains my quick list {in progress} of foods/meals I like to make on a night that I'm feeling hungry and not willing to wait for a full recipe to take form. It's my "quick list" that contains fall-backs so that I'm not caught in the fast food drive through as often as I once was... I can feed myself in a matter of a few minutes, and at a much healthier rate than those drive through friends can!
  
{Breakfast Foods}
*Eggs - any way you like them {scrambled, fried, in an omelet or frittata}
*Breakfast Sandwich {I like mine on a wheat english muffin with egg and cheese, but you can do it with whatever you like best}
*Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast
*Cereal {not a grown-up meal, but a quick and fairly healthy choice if you're in a hurry}

{Dinner}
*Spaghetti
*Grilled Cheese
*Egg Sandwich
*Pre-made/frozen Turkey Burgers {recipes here and here - I make a batch, freeze them and save them for when I want a quick/healthy dinner}
*Stir-Fry {pick up pre-cut veggies from the salad bar at the grocery store and save yourself precious minutes of cutting up all your favorite stir-fry veggies}
*Tacos / Taco Salad

{Sides}
*Corn on the cob {can be made in the microwave in minutes}
*Veggies {frozen or fresh are healthy and very quick to prepare}
