Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 stick butter (melt)
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. pecans
Filling:
- 1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding
Instructions
To make the crust:
- Mix ingredients.
- Press into 9x13" pan.
- Bake 15 min. at 350 degrees.
To make the filling:
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
- Add 1/2 large carton of Cool Whip.
- Spread on crust.
- Mix pudding according to pkg instructions.
- Pour over cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining whipped cream.
